Hi there. I’m Kristina.

Maker of things, do’er of sorts.

I believe in taking the time to stop and smell the roses. I enjoy marveling at natural beauty and love to help facilitate that feeling for others.

My path to floral design began in San Francisco in 2015. I had been working as a hairstylist and server for years. I decided that I needed to expand my creative outlet. I’ve always had a love for getting my hands on nature. I grew up with my imagination, the outdoors and many camping trips in to the vast wilderness as a child. I enjoyed playing in gardens and tending to house plants. It felt natural to walk in to a floral shop and ask for a job. I was eager to learn and at ease to finally learn the craft I’d always been curious about. I wanted to create beautiful things from already inspiring and naturally beautiful things.

After San Francisco I moved to LA, and once again, walked in to a floral shop looking for a creative outlet. I got hired and quickly dove in to the clientele. I was designing for weddings, production sets, celebrities, events and whatever else walked in the doors w/ requests from Tinseltown.

The buzz of Los Angeles quickly wore off and I retreated back to what makes me feel most at home and safe. Inspires me most daily and is an infinite healer of things; nature. The Columbia Gorge specifically stole my heart and embraced me w/ a soft landing from a hard & fast lived past years in the city.

This time I’m so excited to share my experience and array of styles with the world not from a floral shop I walked in to, but my own business. Work handcrafted locally in my private workshop. My influences for floral design range from the warm simplicity of prairie wildflowers to the more intricate and romantic stylings of the art nouveau era. I love the whimsically elegant vibes boho can bring and I also appreciate the classic garden style of the Victorian era. The option to source from local floral growers, ceramic artists, small farm venues and vendors is widely available in the Columbia Gorge and that makes my heart sing.

I’m looking forward to the start of the 2022 trip around the sun helping others execute their artistic visions and creating beauty with florals.

That’s me in a nutshell.

Nice to meet you!
